Description No maker. Nickel-plated hilt fittings show surface wear to pommel and crossguard with superb detail to the Red Cross emblem on the obverse langet. Pommel shows thinning of finish exposing base zinc metal Black bakelite grip plates show only one very minor chip and no cracks. Polished, double-sawtooth blade grades near MINT showing light runner marks and no chips or cuts to cutting edge and no damage to the double-sawtooth spine. The reverse ricasso is marked “Ges. Geschützt” and blade is complete with leather buffer pad. Dent-free, steel scabbard has been repainted and retains 98% of the black enamel showing only minor paint chips throughout.
