Description E.P.S, SOLINGEN with Wagnerian figure wielding hammer TM. Nickel silver hilt fittings show surface wear/age patina with reverse lower crossguard SA group marked “No” for Nordmark. Dark, red-brown wooden grip shows light surface wear with no cracks or chips and with silver grip eagle and SA insert properly inset. Polished blade grades EX showing surface wear/runner marks and speckling. Deeply etched motto retains 99% of the artificial dark gray background. Reverse Röhm inscription has been ground away with tips of some letters in the dedication remaining. Steel scabbard shell has been repainted and grades MINT with silver scabbard fittings showing light surface wear/age patina and NO damage or depressions.
