Description No maker. Correct mid-war specimen with later applied zinc flowered pendant. Correct style “spange” with grooved “ramps” for the wire hanging devices for attaching the pendant. Gilded flight “spange” showing very light wear with approximately 35% of the blackened finish to the center winged bomb device and almost 99% of the gilding remaining. Pin is correct and is of the slender later type variety. Zinc flowered pendant having lost most of its gilding through oxidation and is attached to the clasp in the correct manner.
