DescriptionThis is a used Martin Custom dreadnought acoustic guitar. The item pictured is the one you will receive. It has been tested and gone over by the experts at our shop. When a guitar is purchased from us it undergoes a final setup check before shipping to ensure it’s playing optimally. It is then packed with care and shipped to your door! (But please be aware that it may need slight tweaks upon arrival due to weather differences, jostling during shipping, etc.). Please read the description carefully and check over all photos for condition and wear. We do our best to describe all items as best as possible and note any wear we find, but please be considerate that it is a used piece and it won’t be perfect (Unless noted as “Mint Condition” or “10/10” for condition). If you have any questions about this or any other piece of gear we have, please let us know and we’ll be happy to help!————————-Condition Notes:– Condition: 9/10– Fret wear: There’s a couple of extremely light flat spots starting to form on the G and B strings, but nothing at all glaring or egregious. Tons and tons of life left until its more visible, and certainly even more life than that until any work is needed.– Any wear of note: This guitar is in overall amazing shape with no real wear of note! Very clean. Only really exhibits the normal extremely light swirling in the clear coat (Very standard wear for a used guitar. Can happen from simply being wiped/cleaned with a cloth) that’s only really visible in certain lighting. But very minimal and minor, and to be expected from any used guitar. Nothing that will really photograph. No dings, dents or damage.– General notes: This is really a stellar all solid wood, USA made, dreadnought acoustic from Martin! It features the classic wood combo of a Sitka spruce top with East Indian rosewood back and sides, for tons of rich harmonic overtones and that touch of beautiful top end. It truly has a stunning timbre and attack to it! It’s really responsive both when fingerpicked or flat picked. And it has that gorgeous woodiness to it and a rich tonal palette that really allows the notes and chords to bloom while staying articulate. It plays like a dream as well, with Martin’s Modified Low Oval neck shape! And the action is currently in that sweet spot. High enough where you get tons of projection, but not too high where it’s a pain to play. And there’s still plenty of room on the saddle as well!
