Sterling Silver Plate with Dołęga Coat of Arms, 1931 Overview This Rare sterling silver plate with the Dołęga coat of arms dates to 1931 and reflects fine European silversmith craftsmanship. It combines noble heraldry with high-quality Swedish silver work, making it a strong addition to any historical or silver collection. Heraldic Significance The plate features the Dołęga coat of arms, an ancient Polish heraldic emblem. Many Polish szlachta families used this symbol. Moreover, several Lithuanian szlachta families adopted it during the Union of Horodło in 1413. As a result, the plate represents shared Polish–Lithuanian noble history.
