Description E.u.F. Hörster trademark stamped on reverse side of blue steeled blade, “1903” stamped on obverse side, and “09” stamped on edge. The grip plates show normal wear/age with some minor dings on the obverse upper edge. The upper hilt fitting is marked on the reverse side with double eagles wings down with “WaA253”, the nut on the obverse side is marked “WaA253”, underneath the slot there is a marking of an eagle with the “WaA253” slightly covered by metal grip cover. The scabbard has no dents or damage to ball and is marked “4278 C” above the frog hook. The black leather frog has a “K” marked on the reverse side but no other markings and is in EXC condition.
