Description Paul Weyersberg & Co, Solingen TM. The polished blade has some minor speckling and scratches throughout. The black municipal leather scabbard body shows age/wear with stitching intact. The nickel-silver based and plated scalloped scabbard fittings have nicely patinaed with age, has minor plate lifting and one ding on the reverse side of the lower fitting. The scabbard snugly fits the brass-based hilt. The hilt matches the scabbard in color, wear and patina. It depicts detail with the oak leaves, acorns and pommel eagle. The multi-toned stag grip plates are tightly secured with two aluminum rivets. The aluminum police eagle is properly pinned. The black leather frog shows normal age/wear, maintaining all of its rivits and stitching.
